To the fullest extent permitted by law, 333v12's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the claim, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any outstanding bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited upon closure.
333v12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
If your Account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, 333v12 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of IDR 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, to cover administrative costs. If your balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, your Account may be closed. You can reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and placing a wager.
Upon termination or suspension of your Account, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Funds (excluding bonus funds) held in a closed Account may be withdrawn, subject to verification. 333v12 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Account termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms operating in Indonesia. By using 333v12, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear disputes arising from these Terms.
